The Chemical Brothers are coming for their first ever show in Bulgaria. The duo, who along with Prodigy and Fatboy Slim imposed the big beat genre in the 90s, will appear in front of the Bulgarian audience in Arena Armeec on October 10 later this year.

Tom Rowlands and Ed Symonds met in Manchester in 1989 under the name Dust Brothers. They changed their name to The Chemical Brothers in 1995. Their first album Exit Planet Dust was well received in Britain, but their world’s glory comes with their second one – Dig Your Own Hole. In Bulgaria they will present their new album No Geography, but will also perform some of their biggest hits like Hey Girl Hey Boy, Block Rockin’ Beats and Galvanize.

The news is coming one month after Tom and Ed presented the official video for Eve Of Destruction, the opening track on their hugely acclaimed ninth album No Geography. The track has been a staple of the band’s DJ sets for the last two years. A relentless groove that gives way to a jacking house chorus, it features vocals from Norwegian singer Aurora and Japanese rapper Nene. The single was released ahead of their headline slot at Glastonbury Festival last month.

The Chemical Brothers’ Bulgarian show is part of the duo world tour named after the album – No Geography started in April this year. In Bulgaria, The Chemical Brothers arrive with original production that includes an impressive 3D light show and other impressive stage effects. No Geography World Tour visuals are designed and directed by Adam Smith & Marcus Lyall.

The Chemical Brothers Live @ Arena Armeec will have a limited capacity that include only 9500 people. This will be the exact number of tickets that are going on sale today (25.07.2019) at Eventim.
